I’m Kim Spires, a multifaceted marketing and mortgage professional originally from Istanbul, Turkey. My life has been filled with rich experiences, vibrant cultures, and a dedication to education and personal growth. After studying English and Marketing in London, I built a successful career as a marketing and PR specialist, refining my skills and making my mark in the industry.
Life took a new turn when I moved to Essex and welcomed my children. Embracing my role as a mother, I shifted my focus to education, working as a Teaching Assistant in local schools. As a lifelong learner, I pursued further education by studying CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice), and upon qualification, I joined Connect in February 2017.
Since then, I have been a full-time employee at Connect, working closely with my colleagues and specialising in Residential and Buy-to-Let (BTL) portfolio mortgages. My background in marketing and PR, combined with my knowledge of mortgage practices, has proven to be an invaluable asset to the company.
In my free time, I am passionate about traveling, reading, and practicing yoga. I cherish every moment spent with my family and continue to be an inspiring example of adaptability, determination, and professional success.
